If your treadmill’s software is not up-to-date, you'll need to update it. Go to the menu on your app and check if a firmware update is available. If yes, choose select. While the update is underway, keep your device within range of your treadmill.
If by some chance the update fails, it is recommended to force close the app and start again.

You begin by choosing your workout. Once selected, you'll be able to control your speed and incline through two sliders, one on each side of the screen. This enables you to quickly swipe up for a more intense, uphill run, or take it down for a simple jog.
